Welcome my P90X2 review and information website. My name is Jack Taylor and this site is all about my fanatical interest in the new P90X2 Home Fitness Workout and Nutrition Program.
Have a look around at the information that I’ve been building up on the P90X2 and the incredible P90X over the last year or so. I’m particularly pleased with my fitness diary, which traces my journey from a 210 pound 6ft2″ rather overweight individual to a 182 pound muscular guy. And the best thing about it is I didn’t need to visit a gym once! By the way, people ask me all the time for before and after photos, but I hope you will respect my privacy if I don’t show them.

I know many people are interested in reading about people’s road to fitness so this is the brief story; maybe you can relate to it?
Are you feeling tired, overweight, lacking energy, unfit, muscles as soft as puddings? Well that’s exactly how I was this time last year. You can either carry on like this or you can stop feeling sorry for yourself and sort out the problem once and for all…
On a serious note though, how much more can you really take of the way you look in the mirror, the way your partner and friends think of you? You aren’t getting any younger and this weight and fitness problem just seems to be getting worse and worse. Do you envy the look of these people you see on TV -- slim, muscular and attractive to the opposite sex?
This really is a sad scenario that no one deserves, especially you. But there is light at the end of the tunnel, as I found out.
Did you ever have those mornings a few years back when you would wake up refreshed after a good nights sleep, full of energy, feeling fit. Happy days! If you do then do you want them back? If you don’t, maybe you want to know what it was like.
Well there is a way to return to those days and the answer is so much easier than you think. Just imagine waking up full of energy, looking in the mirror and liking what you see. I’m not saying it’s easy, far from it, but that just makes the end result all the more satisfying.
Just think how you would feel if you were fit:
- No more putting off anything that requires energy
- No more dreading looking in the mirror
- No more feeling tired and lethargic
- Get compliments on your looks from your partner and friends
- Encourage others to do the same as you
- Feel like you did 5 or 10 years ago

Well I think I can guess what you’re thinking at the moment. If it is so straightforward why doesn’t everyone follow the P90X2 system. Well they could only they don’t. It takes someone with willpower to do it. In fact it only needs someone with the urge to get started. Once you start and feel the benefit of the P90X2 system there will be no turning back. That was certainly the case with me and is the case for all my friends that I persuaded to start as well.
Thousands of others have been in your shoes debating what to do, thinking there must be other ways to lose weight and build up muscles. There probably are but all I can say is this worked for me and still does. Once you start you will never want to stop.
