Welcome my P90X2 review and information website. My name is Jack Taylor and this site is all about my fanatical interest in the new P90X2 Home Fitness Workout and Nutrition Program.

Have a look around at the information that I’ve been building up on the P90X2 and the incredible P90X over the last year or so. I’m particularly pleased with my fitness diary, which traces my journey from a 210 pound 6ft2″ rather overweight individual to a 182 pound muscular guy. And the best thing about it is I didn’t need to visit a gym once! By the way, people ask me all the time for before and after photos, but I hope you will respect my privacy if I don’t show them.

I know many people are interested in reading about people’s road to fitness so this is the brief story; maybe you can relate to it?

Are you feeling tired, overweight, lacking energy, unfit, muscles as soft as puddings? Well that’s exactly how I was this time last year. You can either carry on like this or you can stop feeling sorry for yourself and sort out the problem once and for all…

On a serious note though, how much more can you really take of the way you look in the mirror, the way your partner and friends think of you? You aren’t getting any younger and this weight and fitness problem just seems to be getting worse and worse. Do you envy the look of these people you see on TV -- slim, muscular and attractive to the opposite sex?

This really is a sad scenario that no one deserves, especially you. But there is light at the end of the tunnel, as I found out.

Did you ever have those mornings a few years back when you would wake up refreshed after a good nights sleep, full of energy, feeling fit. Happy days! If you do then do you want them back? If you don’t, maybe you want to know what it was like.

Well there is a way to return to those days and the answer is so much easier than you think. Just imagine waking up full of energy, looking in the mirror and liking what you see. I’m not saying it’s easy, far from it, but that just makes the end result all the more satisfying.

Well I think I can guess what you’re thinking at the moment. If it is so straightforward why doesn’t everyone follow the P90X2 system. Well they could only they don’t. It takes someone with willpower to do it. In fact it only needs someone with the urge to get started. Once you start and feel the benefit of the P90X2 system there will be no turning back. That was certainly the case with me and is the case for all my friends that I persuaded to start as well.

Try not to go overboard after you have decided to finally lose weight and obtain fitness with P90X2. You need to start slow and work your way into strenuous exercise, especially if it’s been a long time since you were on a regular fitness routine. The muscles in your body are used to being stagnant but you can avoid injury by ramping upwards in your workouts slowly.

Consume water on a regular basis. Your body will dehydrate at a rapid rate when you are working your muscles. When you work hard on P90X2, you sweat hard. Excessive sweating is a mild form of dehydration.

Do you feel the need to get more out of your P90X2 workouts?

Try doing stretching, as it has been shown to increase strength by as much as 20 percent. Make sure you take the time to stretch each muscle before and after you work it. Though it is a simple activity, stretching could be the sole thing that you need to greatly enhance your daily fitness regime.

You can make chin-ups easier. If you think out of the box this can help. Rather than thinking about pulling your body mass up, think about lowering your elbows instead. Making this simple adjustment in attitude can make chin-ups a breeze.

Having a strong core is very important. Having a stable, strong core helps with balance and any other exercise you do. Doing sit-ups helps build extremely strong core muscles. Doing sit-ups also increases range of motion. This will allow the muscles in your abs to work longer and harder during your P90X2 workouts.

If you are doing lat pulldowns and pullups, don’t wrap the thumb. By just putting your thumb beside the index finger, you will decrease your arm muscles’ involvement. Instead, your primary back muscles are the focus. This might not feel normal at first, but it will help you focus on the muscles you want to work out.

You need to have variety in your P90X2 workout program. There are lots of explanations for why this is so crucial. First of all, if you always exercise the same way you will get bored quickly. To be able to reach your weight loss goal, you must continue to increase your exercise intensity as you progress. Keep your routine fresh with a constant stream of new exercises.
